HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?

Once a booking inquiry has been received (via site, voicemail, Instagram/Facebook messenger, an invoice will be sent from square to the email provided. YOUR DATE IS RESERVED, WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on availability.

2. In the event of inclement weather and we are unable to set up your lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds (more than 20MPH),  winter weather and any other Act of God that would put US or our lawn display in harm's way. If it is our call, we will refund or reschedule (whichever you prefer).

3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address.

4. No refunds will be given if you rent a sign for someone else's yard, and they don't want it. They owe you one!

5. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

​​

6. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

​​

7. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

​​

8. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control. Some examples: Hard soil, rocky soil, threatening animals, Landlords, HOA, etc...

We will make every attempt to ensure your Yard Card is set up without a hitch, but if someone or something prevents us from doing our job in your yard. NO REFUNDS!
